20% is due at time of the charter and the remainder
of the price of the charter is due at least 15
days prior to the date of th echarter. Deposits
can be received by any of the accepted payment
methods (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Checks,
wire transfers or money orders).
How does SanDiegoExoticLimos.com handle refunds and cancellations?
If you cancel 15 days prior to your booking a
full refund will be given.
After the deposit is paid, when
is the rest of my balance due?
The rest of the balance is due 15 days prior to
the date of the charter.
In the event that the trip runs longer than expected, who is responsible for the extra time?
The signer of the contract will be charge for
any additional time the charter runs over..
I would only like to rent
out a Limo for a short amount of time, what are
the minimum hours a bus can be booked for?
On all of SanDiegoExoticLimos.com buses a four-hour
minimum is required, but we do offer one-way transfer
rates (one way trips) that can end up being shorter
than one hour.
Who is responsible for parking?
The person who signed the contract will be responsible
for parking.
Is a tip for the driver required?
A tip for the driver is not required, but if the driver does his/her job well a tip is always appreciated.
How can I pay?

Discover, checks, wire transfers and money orders.
What is the booking process?
After calling us we will send you out a booking
contract and you need to fill it out, sign and
fax it back to us. After we received it we call
you back to confirm the booking and we process
it.
When going on an overnight
trip am I responsible to find a hotel room for
the driver?
Yes the chartering party is responsble to set
up accomadation for the driver.
What if my bus is late or has a breakdown?
SanDiegoExoticLimos.com has many partners that are just a phone call away to handle any unforeseeable problems. There also is a 24-hour customer service hotline to process any troubles.
Can I drink alcohol on your buses?
Yes, as long as everyone is at least 21 years
of age and let your San Diego Exotic Limos representative
aware of your request at the time of booking.
Will I get the exact limo
I can see on the website?
SanDiegoExoticLimos.com features most of its
limos on the website to give you ample choices
and options. If the exact bus that you see on
the website is not booked it is yours!
